DESCRIPTION:Punch Out the Past is part of the monthly Shabbatness Schvitzfest series\, which you can read about HERE. \nOn Wednesday\, October 11th\, the legendary Mr. Ray will be guiding us in a private boxing session in UWS! For this Yom Kippur special edition class\, each of y’all will bring a print-out of something or someone that pissed you off in the past year\, and we will tape it to each of the boxing bags. (I’m bringing a pic of a former boss photoshopped into the center of Times Square!) \nNo experience with boxing required. Boxing gloves\, wraps\, towels\, lockers and water will all be provided. There will be potent Powerade cocktails\, snacks\, and some surprise goodies awaiting us right after the 45-minute class. \nThis private event is limited to a group of 8 guys and 8 gals who have been carefully selected for this event.
